Aerosport, the Ozone distributor for Germany and Austria, has been demonstrating the great performance of DHV1 wings, like the new Mojo 2, by offering a new glider to anyone flying a DHV1 who could beat a distance set previously by Burkard Martens (Burki) who flew 134km on a Bolero 3.
The challenge was soon taken up and then beaten by Christoph Burger (Burgi) flying the new Mojo 2! He flew 141km, really demonstrating that to have fun and fly big distances you just need some skill and a good wing!
You can see his track here: http://xc.dhv.de/xc/modules.php?name=leonardo&op=show_flight&flightID=10737
Usually Burgi spends the day teaching at the paragliding school Süddeutsche Gleitschimflugschule, but on that day, he decided to show his students what is possible with the Mojo 2. An amazing flight! If you want to find out more about the Mojo 2 check our product pages and use the Request a Flight Test button above to find out personally why we think you will love the Mojo 2.
A big well done and thank you to Burgi for showing what you can do with the new Mojo 2 and to Aerosport for offering the encouragement to fly safe, yet still ensure you get pure XC enjoyment from your wing!
