Pepe and Nora Win in Bavaria

As a result of the problematic German regulations requiring that all wings have an LTF sticker applied to them, Ozone competition pilots in Germany have been forced to fly wings other than the Enzo2 in competition so far this year... of course, only in Germany. As in other countries in the Northern Hemisphere (where pilots are saddled with less bureaucracy) national league competitions are now beginning. At the first German National event in Bavaria, Ozone Team Pilot, Pepe Malecki, decided not to fly his Enzo 1 and instead grabbed a Mantra M6 demo in size MS. He was unable to fly his Exoceat comp harness because of the weight, and took an Ozium instead. After a 62km task he landed in goal 10 minutes ahead of the next pilots, for a 1000 point score and his first flight ever on the M6. He says he liked the wing ;-) Pepe took first overall, full results here. And a big congratulations to Nora Martiny, who took first place in the women's category flying her Delta 2! Cheers from all the Team.
