The Ozone Chabre Open is on!

After a damp start and a less than perfect forecast, the Ozone Chabre Open is now in full swing with pilots at cloudbase and 2 valid tasks. Today pilots ran a 20km task between beautiful cumulus clouds before it was stopped due to overdevelopment on the near horizons. Despite the size of the clouds, thermals were gentle and organized with light wind and smooth climbs - great flying!
Ruud van der Heijden is currently leading overall with his Mantra M2, and today's task was won by Fabian Fabbro on his Addict 2. Nice work, guys!

This is now the 4th annual Ozone Chabre Open! A huge thanks to the organization who has done such an excellent job for four years in a row, and to all of the pilots who have come to enjoy cloudbase with us.
Cheers from all the Team.
