We love competitions that focus on fun and mentoring, so we were happy to hear about the upcoming Monarca Open's new format. With a new aim to mentor sport pilots into XC and competition with daily briefings and debriefings, the mission of the Monarca Open is to help you to improve your level of flying. So, if you are looking for a warm place to fly with consistent conditions and a very well organized competition that will increase your skill level, then the Monarca Open is the place to be this coming January. The competition runs from the 4th-9th of January 2016 and is followed by the Paragliding World Cup Super Final from the 12th-23rd, making it a prime time to be around some of the best pilots in the world.
