The 2011 British Paragliding Open at St Jean Montclair and the 2011 British Championships have been swept by Ozone pilots. The overall 2011 British Champion Title goes to Mark Watts, who was flying his Mantra M4 in the final event. The new M4 made a strong showing yet again at this event, with 8 out of the top 10 pilots flying M4s. To see a list of the results, click here. Steve Senior took first overall at St Jean Montclair and was the highest ranked pilot in the overall championships who flew serial class at both events. Steve said of his M4, "...This is the best serial glider the guys at Ozone have ever made and I really enjoy competing again." Steve's wife, Emma Casanova-Senior, took first place in the overall 2011 Women's Championships, also flying an M4. Emma told us that "...the ease of handling and outright performance of the M4 meant I could focus on doing my best in the tasks, in a combination of strong mountain and weaker flatland conditions." When our pilots are happy, we are happy. Thanks to all of you for choosing Ozone and we're proud to be at the top with you, at so many national championships this year. Cheers from all the Team.
