The Rush 3 was recently tested for review in the latest issue of Thermik Magazine (June 2011). Thermik conducts what are generally considered to be the most rigorous and accurate performance tests in the world. In their review of the Rush 3 they measured 9.3 l/d at a trim speed of 39kmh, with a max speed of 53kmh. A few excerpts: “…The Rush 3 is a glider with which you feel comfortable immediately. And one of the most important components for its high comfort might be its good handling… [The Rush 3’s] handling excels in thermal conditions…” “…The speed bar application requires little effort, and can be applied precisely.
