Gold and Silver at The 7th World Paramotor Slalom Championships

The 7th World Paramotor Slalom Championships finished last Saturday after a full week of flying. 37 foot-launch and 18 trike pilots competed from 10 countries in two main classes.
A major highlight of this event was the introduction of the new Serial Class, created for pilots flying less loaded wings and smaller sized engines. This new class attracted more pilots this year, including rookies like Ryan Glowka from the United States.
Lucky for the pilots and organizers, the weather in Bornos didn't disappoint. Pilots managed to fly 2 training days, which helped preparation for the 4 days of competition, in which they flew 7 - 8 tasks.
Our favorite and 2024 World Champion, Bartosz Nowicki, finished in 4th place this time. A new member of the US team, Ryan Glowka, flying the Freeride 2 and competing in his very first slalom competition, finished on the 3rd position in the PF1 Serial Class. A very impressive score for a rookie!
Another Ozone team pilot, Boris Tysebaert - a World Champion from previous years - won the Silver medal in the PL1 class and Gold in the PL1 Serial Class.
