The 2026 Czech Slalom Championships took place at Bolevec Lake near Pilsen over the weekend of 10–13 September, with 11 pilots competing in total.

Pilots had the chance to practise and fine-tune their setups on Thursday before completing 12 tasks on Friday and Saturday, with each task flown twice! Fortunately, the weather was perfect, allowing the organisers to run a full schedule.

Lojza reports: “There’s a special kind of pressure when flying slaloms on home turf – everyone wants to shine! I was pushed hard by two very experienced pilots on Snake 3 wings: Jiří (Snake 3 15) and Václav (Snake 3 16). It was a tight battle throughout the entire competition, but I managed to hold on under pressure and take 1st place! I love flying slalom comps and had a blast flying alongside my Czech friends.”
