At Ozone, we are committed to producing the highest quality products. Each item is manufactured to exacting standards in our own facility, with strict quality control procedures in place, and all components are fully traceable. We value customer feedback and are dedicated to providing excellent service.

Ozone guarantees its products against manufacturing defects. We will repair or replace any defective product free of charge. Please note that warranty claims must be handled through the dealer from whom you purchased the product. You’ll need your receipt and serial number to process the claim.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or improper handling or storage. The warranty is valid only if repairs are carried out by Ozone or an Ozone-recommended repair facility. Unauthorized repairs, changes, or modifications will void the warranty.

The warranty period is based on the local laws of the country where the product was purchased and is valid from the date of the original purchase. The original purchase receipt, with a clear retailer name and purchase date, is required for all warranty claims.

This warranty does not cover any costs or losses beyond the repair or replacement of the defective product.
