Mt Blanc Cocktails

Jenni Fleming recently climbed Mt Blanc, harvested some glacial ice and put it inside her harness, and then launched from the summit. Upon landing, her and her friends proceeded to make cocktails with ice from the summit of the mountain ;-) In Jenni's words:
When I left England in May, I hadn't expected to by flying off Mont Blanc a few months later. But after a summer bouncing around the mountains and flying at every opportunity, Irwyn Jehu and the Dover and Folkestone team (DAFT) invited me to join them on their DAFT challenge - to climb up to the summit of Mont Blanc, collect some ice and bring it back to Maison du Moulin in Annecy for the celebratory drinks.
The climb took us three days in perfect conditions thanks to a recent snowfall. It was tough going - an amazing challenge, but all five of us made it and flew from the very summit with our cargo of ice.
Being small, the weight I was carrying was of utmost importance meaning that the Geo II, with a minimal mountain harness was ideal for the job, coming up perfectly in a supposedly unlaunchable wind direction for the summit!
