During 2025, Ozone’s team has grown, with specialists in glider development, harness design, and parakiting now on board. This has allowed us to come to Coupe Icare with a wide range of novelties. We have many interesting projects on the drawing board and more long-term research projects in progress.

GLIDERS

Alpina 5 - Available for order during Coupe Icare

Based upon the 2-line Delta, the 5th generation of the Alpina has been designed to be the reference in comfort, ease of use and performance in the light EN-C glider category. The Alpina retains its legendary agility and playful character in a compact and light package, with improved full speed efficiency and control.

The Alpina 5 will be available for test flying during the Icare Test.

WISP 2 - Available for order during Coupe Icare

The second generation of the Wisp delivers the lightest double-surface tandem in existence at 4.15kg. Designed for Alpine adventures and travel, this all new wing is incredibly easy to use which suits it perfectly for improvised launches and tricky conditions. With True Performance in line with our intermediate category wings, the EN-B Wisp 2 will take you and your partner to distances never flown by ultralight tandems.

ALTA GT - Available for order during Coupe Icare

The Alta GT is the Alta re-labeled inside the semi-light GT Range. It offers new colours and a new XXS version certified from 50 to 65kg with a 20m² flat area. It packs up the best level of performance achievable in the category while retaining the ease of use found in the EN-A class. It combines the lightness needed for hike and fly or traveling, and the durability expected by novice pilots. It's the first glider introducing you to the Ozone GT range.

VIBE GT - To be released early 2026

In the coming months Ozone will launch a newcomer in the range, the Vibe GT. The original Vibe was launched back in 2003 and was a huge success among progressing and experienced pilots alike needing the performance glider they trust in all conditions. The words written at this time are still fully valid, and the Vibe GT with its semi-light construction takes its name from the original, targeting the same pilots, the same pleasure to fly, in the most modern and efficient construction.

The Vibe GT is a 5.4 AR glider, EN-B certified, positioned between the Buzz/Geo and the Rush/Swift, offered in a semi-light GT package.

POWER

SPYDER 4 - Available for order

The Spyder 4 is the lightweight version of the Roadster 4. It uses a carefully selected blend of lightweight fabrics for the main surfaces and ribs, along with an optimised internal construction, reducing both sail weight and packing volume. Using lightweight fabric in a paramotor wing has positive effects all around, the main advantages are faster inflation for easier launches, improved handling, a more agile and responsive feel, as well as enhanced passive safety thanks to reduced sail inertia.

PARAKITES

We’ve been hard at work developing a complete range of Ozone Parakite wings. After thousands of hours of testing, our first model is nearly ready for launch.

HARNESSES

SUBLITE - Available during fall 2025

The Sublite is an ultra-light hike & fly competition submarine-type harness having proven its high efficiency and ease of use during X-Alps and other H&F races. At 1.5kg in size M, the commercial version is offering the right reinforcements in the right locations for enhanced durability, still being the lightest sub-type race harnesses on the market. It benefits from all the Ozone R&D experience, with support from the best hike & fly race pilots.

ZIG - Available during fall 2025

The priority during the development was to design the most comfortable tandem pilot harness. Endless hours of professional use over 2 full seasons during the development phase allowed us to optimize each and every comfort detail, while maintaining the lowest weight in the category.

OZO 2.1 and OZO 2.1n - Available for order

The Ozo 2 is not only changing colours to become Ozo 2.1: the Ozo 2.1 and the naked version Ozo 2.1n feature a robust and durable 210D fabric bottom part and connectors for the optional OzAir protector. The rucksack introduces the Ozone Cut Stripe Design with reflective ink, when your hike starts or ends up along the road.

FORZA 2 - Available for order during La Coupe Icare

The Forza 2 is now displaying a new surface design, inspired by other Ozone race harnesses, such as the Submarine. More importantly, its price has been revised to make it more affordable than ever, while still packing in the best technologies a race and ambitious XC pod harness can.
