The inaugural FAI USA Endurance Paramotor Championships brought together an impressive field of pilots for a memorable competition, with Daniel Jones emerging at the top of the overall standings.

Daniel Jones secured the Overall Championship, once again demonstrating the skill, consistency and determination that have established him as one of the leading names in paramotor endurance competition.

James Jensen flying the Ozone Viper 5 also produced an excellent result, taking second place overall while finishing as the highest-ranked US pilot to claim first place in the USA National Ranking.

There was further success for Ozone Team Pilots, with Gillian Wintermute securing third place in the USA National Ranking and KaLeigh Biss also representing the team. Both Gillian and KaLeigh were flying the Ozone Viper XC.

A wide selection of Ozone wings could be seen throughout the competition. Pilots competed on the Sirocco 2 and Sirocco 3, Viper 5 and Viper 6, as well as the Viper XC, bringing together several generations and styles of performance wings in one competitive field.

The competition closed with a touching gesture from Daniel and James, choosing to donate the Moster185 Plus prize to Brennan’s Freedom Flight Academy. Kyle Mooney won the Ozone Angel SQ Reserve and again donated this to Freedom Flight Academy. These acts of kindness transformed their competition success into something that could directly benefit the flying community and help encourage future pilots into the sport.

As the first FAI USA Endurance Championship, the event marked an exciting new chapter for paramotor competition in the United States. The turnout and enthusiasm surrounding the championship were hugely positive, and we hope it will become an established fixture that continues to attract new competitors year after year.

Supporting competitions and grassroots flying events has long been important to Ozone. Events like this do more than produce results and champions: they bring pilots together, strengthen the community and give people the opportunity to experience the challenge and excitement of international competition.
