Bartosz Nowicki: Polish Champion in Slalom Championships

The Polish Open Slalom Championships took place in Jutrosin, Poland from August 8th to 12th. The event attracted 35 pilots from various countries, including Poland, Qatar, Czech Republic, Spain, Finland, France, Lithuania, the Netherlands and Italy. They competed in two classes, with 23 in the PF1 (foot launch) category and 12 in PL1.
The championships featured new sub-classes for first-time competitors and wings with a minimum size of 17m². A relay race added excitement, and despite changing weather, 11 tasks were completed.
Ozone Team Pilot Bartosz Nowcki secured the title of Polish World Champion with his Ozone Freeride 2 wing, while Tomas Misiunas came in 4th in the Open class.
The best pilot flying Ozone in the Serial class was Jilis Slingerland from Netherland who finished 2nd.
Qatari pilots dominated podiums in both classes.
