Matias Nombarasco

Matias Nombarasco is based in Empuriabrava, Spain and learned to fly paragliders and paramotors while living in New Zealand in 2017. Flying quickly became a central part of his life, and within a short time he found a natural way to combine it with another long-standing passion: photography. A year after his first flights, he began paramotoring, opening new creative and technical possibilities in the air.

At Ozone, Matias works as a software developer, contributing to the company’s IT infrastructure and developing digital tools that support communication between dealers and the factory. His work on the Ozone Online Order System plays a key role in streamlining workflows and improving efficiency across the network. Alongside his development work, he is also deeply involved in visual content, managing photography, video production, interviews, and product testing for Ozone Paramotors around the world.

Flying remains Matias’s strongest passion. Time in the air brings focus and calm, allowing his attention to settle entirely on the task of flying. He is particularly drawn to paramotor photography and video projects with the Ozone team, where technical precision and creative expression come together. He also enjoys competing in paragliding events, valuing the challenge and learning that comes from structured competition.

Outside of flying and work, Matias is active across a range of sports that reflect the same energy and curiosity. Kitesurfing, enduro riding, downhill mountain biking, and photography all play an important role in his life, keeping him closely connected to movement, technology, and the outdoors.
