From Florida, United States, KaLeigh Biss discovered flying thanks to a surprise from her dad: a paramotor waiting in the garage while she was home from college. What started with a tandem flight quickly turned into training, a first solo in 2022, and a deep love for life in the sky. Today, alongside her work as a materials testing lab technician, she continues to build her aviation path—recently earning her private pilot’s license and embracing every opportunity to explore the air from new perspectives.

She flies the Ozone ViperXC and her favourite flying spots including Bornos in Spain and the Portuguese coastline. In just a few seasons, she has already stepped onto the world stage, competing in the FAI Slalom World Cup Pre-Event and earning strong results at the FAI World Paramotor Championships and the FAI World Paramotor Slalom Championships.

Driven by a passion for progression and community, KaLeigh is now focused on competition flying as a way to grow and connect with pilots worldwide. Her bigger goal is simple but powerful: to spread the joy and empowerment she found through paramotoring—especially inspiring young people and women to discover their confidence in the sky.
