The 29th BHPA British Paramotor Championships took place from June 16 to June 20, 2026, hosted by the Buckinghamshire Paramotor Club at Hollow Tree Farm in Buckingham.
29 pilots in total from 10 countries participated in this year's endurance-format competition in the PF1, PL2 and Discovery class.
Despite some challenging weather, everyone had the opportunity to fly various navigation tasks, as well as one precision and one economy task.
We are stoked to see that the 15 out of 29 pilots chose Ozone wings for the competition, with the Viper XC and Viper 6 being the top choices.
Jonathan Hobbs is the 2026 British Champion, flying a Viper 6, 18.
In the Female category, 1st place went to Sandra Moreels (Ozone Viper 6, 17).
The female podium was entirely dominated by Ozone team pilots: Sandra, Emilia, and KaLeigh.
A big shout-out goes to Richard Dolan (Ozone Team Pilot), who took 5th place and was awarded Best Newcomer Pilot in the competition, as well as Matias Nombarasco, who finished in a strong 7th place, also competing for the first time.
The best pilot in the Discovery class was Sean Bird, who was also flying a Viper XC, 18.

A competition of this scale wouldn't be possible without an incredible crew. Former UK Champion Ric Womersley as the Competition Director this year, expertly assisted by meet Director Andy Phillips and a fantastic team of marshals and volunteers.
Congratulations to all the winners, and a huge thank you to the organization for their flawless work.
Cheers from all the Ozone Team.
