Congratulations to Matt Taggart (Ozone Kites) and his lovely wife Rebecca for the birth of their gorgeous daughter, Ruby Rachel Taggart, born 12.29pm on Saturday the 11th. Matt “caught” Ruby as she entered into the world and even cut the umbilical cord, which he says was without a doubt the most amazing experience. Matt and family are in New Zealand now, their second home. Matt reports that Ruby already loves water, and with her genetic predisposition to kite-surfing and paragliding (many of you kiters may be unaware that Matt Taggart is a top level Paraglider pilot as well), we're sure that another future lover of wind and water sports has been brought into the world!
