At the Coupe Icare 2012, we introduced our new paramotor wing, the Slalom. As one can surmise from its name, this wing was designed for this popular precision flying competition series, which has become more and more popular in recent years. The Slalom was developed by pilots at the top of the slalom racing world (Mathieu Rouanet and Alex Mateos) and is trimmed to their specifications, and we are confident that the Slalom has the speed/handling/performance/fun factor that the next generation of PPG pilots are demanding. The new Slalom is designed for pylon racing and precise low level fun flying, however because it is also very fast and comfortable it is ideal for high speed XC flights as well. It shares the same planform and profile as the Speedster and retains its ease of use, launch characteristics and levels of safety. The new multiball steering system is an exciting new feature which makes fast control inputs at high speeds much easier. The Slalom is an ideal choice not only for advanced competition pilots, but also for pilots who fly regularly and want to improve their skills in precision flying.
