Where do you live?

Florida, USA

What do you do for work?

Medicine, ARNP

What year, and how old were you when you started flying?

Last week, and I’m sticking to it. When I tell people how long I’ve been flying I always get the “Oh, your still new.”

Did a family member introduce you to paragliding?

I grew up flying fixed wing aircraft with my father until he realized all I wanted to do was aerobatics.  15 years ago my friend Mike originally showed me a video of paramotor as a means to travel deeper into nature.

What other passions do you have, or activities do you enjoy?

Snowboarding, cycling, solo backpacking, mushroom hunting, quantum physics and space science

Why is flying important to you, and what does flying mean to you?

I’ve never been able to answer that question it’s just something I have to do.  Flying quiets my soul, clears my mind, and fill my heart. It gives me peace while allowing me to have a sense of achievement through competition.
